Soup
3-4 litres of chicken broth (or pork, or beef, or turkey)
4-6 potatoes
3*100gr processed cheese (melted cheese)
2 carrots
2-3 onions
200 gr field mushrooms
Greens (dill, parsley)
Spices (black pepper, saffron)
Put pilled and bisected potatoes into the boiling broth. Then preheat a pan put some vegetable (sunflower) oil and fry chopped onion to make it transparent. Then add into the pan grated carrots and fry together slightly. Put them into the broth. Slice mushrooms and add to the broth. When potatoes become ready, get them, mash and return into the saucepan. Then grate chees and also add into the saucepan. If your cheese too soft and you cannot grate it, just chop it and try to melt with some broth, then put into saucepan.
Put greens, season on your taste.
You can use broccoli or cauliflower instead of mushroom. In case of broccoli you should grate it before putting or mash after it. You can also put into the broccoli soup some cream or butter.

Crab Burgers
875 gr surimi
3-4 onions
5 eggs
salt, spices
1-1,5 cup oat flakes
vegetable oil, approx. 0,5 litre
Mince surimi, onions and oat flakes in the mincing machine, put eggs, spices salt. Leave for 30 min. Preheat pan, put some sunflower oil (or any), mould burgers and fry them both side. Garnish with mash potato and fresh vegetables. You can eat them cold and warm.
